For as long as I can remember, dolphins have been my passion. I’ve always felt a calling to protect them and to speak for them, to make their voices heard.

Over time, I realised that much of what people believe about dolphins is based on myths and misconceptions, often shaped by popular culture icons like Flipper. This serie has created a false image of dolphins as smiling, friendly entertainers, and that illusion has fuelled a billion-dollar industry built on captivity and suffering.

So I ask myself every day:

“How can we break the chains of captivity and give dolphins back the freedom they deserve, (even in the face of a billion-dollar industry?”)

This question is the heartbeat of Dolphins Whisper. Through this platform, I aim to:

• Educate and inspire change: By sharing articles, resources, and stories, I want to help people understand who dolphins truly are, why they behave the way they do, and why captivity is cruel.

• Promote ethical experiences: I encourage responsible dolphin observation in the wild and provide guidance on the best operators who respect marine life.

• Empower travellers: I’ve created a mini-guide for your next adventure, filled with essential information and tips to make your experience meaningful and respectful.

Dolphins Whisper is more than a blog—it’s a movement. A call to action for everyone who believes that dolphins deserve freedom, not confinement. Together, we can turn the tide against captivity and make every encounter a celebration of life in the wild.
